A. G. Yule and Sons is a growing, family owned custom wood working studio, started in 1988 by Larry and Shannon Yule, inspired by Larry’s grandfather Addison George Yule. It was in his grandfathers basement wood shop that Larry began his love of creating objects out of wood. Larry’s father Larry Sr., is an avid amateur woodworker who carried on a tradition of family woodworking, He still provides assistance with the many challenges of operating A. G. Yule & Sons. Larry has been building custom furniture for more than twenty five years. His interest in craftsman style architecture provides some of the inspiration to create unique and functional furnishings that are in harmony with their owners and environments.
