In 1933, grandfather Bekir Elmaagacli, a developer in Ankara, Turkey, began to establish himself in the construction business. Today, Anatolia Tile, incorporated in 1995, continues to draw strength from the business principals and integrity passed down through three generations.
The Turkish ceramic sector has a rich artistic and historical background. Ceramics were made in the triangle of Troy, Ida Mountain and Asos, many centuries ago in very primitive conditions.
