The story of Miller’s Fancy Bath and Kitchen began in 1926. Fred H. Miller founded Fred Miller Plumbing. After surviving the Great Depression and WWII he was able to continue serving the Louisville community with his new construction and plumbing repair business. His son, Bob Miller, joined him in the mid forties. Together they operated a plumbing repair business as well as a kitchen and bathroom remodeling business. In 1970, prior to bathrooms being what they are today, Bob Miller founded Miller’s Fancy Bath. He was one of the first in this new industry to begin specializing in decorative products and accessories for the “fancy” bathroom.
