Granite is a well known building stone and has high abrasion hardness, with very high resistance to weathering and extreme resistance to chemical attack. In keeping with the changing trends globally, we at Heera Overseas have an unsurpassed range of products which includes Wall Tiles, Floor Tiles, Cut to size slabs, Random slabs, Panels and Finished Designer Flooring. Heera specializes in all the South Indian colors. We have our own processing plants. The plant is situated 27 km from Bangalore City at Jigani Industrial Area with annual processing capacity of 70,000 sq. mtr. of granite slabs & Tiles. Both plants are equipped with most modern machines to produce internationally acceptable quality materials. The plant is equipped with1 Gangsaw, 12 Vertical Saws of different diameter Blanks, right from 1.6 meters to 3.5 meters which is sufficient to support the production in mass. The plant also has the latest tiling line to support the above production, the plant has latest polishing machines. Besides these mainline production machines there are various finishing machines for doing specialized jobs like edge cutting, chamfering, calibration, side polishing, bullnosing, grooving, flaming etc. The plant also has the latest tiling line. The locational advantage of the plant is its proximity for sourcing rough granite blocks and major ports for dispatch of finished goods. The company with the use of computerized machinery ensures dimensional accuracy right from the first stage to the finishing stage. A strict inspection system is adopted at all stages of manufacturing, to achieve higher production values. The finished material after intense scrutiny is sent for packaging and loading. The packaged material is sent to our online dispatch centre, and from there to the internal port so as to ensure prompt shipments.
