In 1979 it was established by the young entrepreneurs Maurilio Calvi and Ozires Dalvi, in the district of Jaciguá - IMJ (Indústria de Mármores Jaciguá).
       When Ozires Dalvi passed away, his brother João Batista Dalvi assumes his place. After that the company acquires a white marble quarry and is also created the “Empresa de Mineração Lambari LTDA”, where are extracted, Ouro Mel, Amêndoa Jaciguá, Moon Valley and Golden Shadow.
        In order to meet the expectations of our partners, IMJ’s partners purchase an area bigger than 100,000 m2, where in the future they would establish JACIGUÁ MÁRMORES E GRANITOS LTDA.
        The new headquarters are founded and it is created the exports department and Jaciguá initiates its consolidation in the international market.
        Nowadays, Jaciguá Corp. is one of the most important companies of the market, in the national and international scenario. This success is due to not only to its excellent materials processed in cutting edge equipments but also to its constant investments in the  human and industrial areas and preservation of the environment.
        It is located in an industrial area over 15,000 m2.
        We have all the ingredients to make great get together: a place called “Island of Jaciguá”, a creative and responsible team, satisfied commercial partners and many friends, who are always welcome.

We have many reasons to commemorate. Our main get together is  “Ox in the Rolette”. This get together is already a tradition at Jaciguá.
