LA PIRA srl was founded in 1987 in Aosta Valley (Italy) and since the beginning was involved in the manufacturing and sale of stones, granites, marbles and roofing slates. With these precious raw materials we realize all the architectural elements for interior and exterior settings which characterize both typical houses in the mountains and modern buildings and all those elements commonly used for the urban furniture. The natural stone, symbol of the enduring beauty, strength and solidity, embodies the ideals on which the philosophy of our company is based.
 
Since 1991 we have the use of one of the two existing stone quarries in the “Cogne Valley”; from this quarry we derive a particular raw material that owns unique characteristics: the Pietra di Cogne.
