The equipment is used for mensurating abrasion resistance of refractory materials, castable & fictile refractory at high temperature.

2 execution standard

The equipment refers to the standard of GB/T 18301-2001 “Test method for abrasion resistance of refractory materials at room temperature” (The standard is equivalent as requirement of America C704-93). The standard is drafted out by our company. All kinds of technical criteria accords with requirement. The furnace is heating by electric furnace. The test method is as follows. The air boasts the sands freely. Then the sands sprays to sample vertically. The equipment is made up of mainframe, control cabinet, air compressor, and electronic balance.
