The equipment is used for mensurating refractoriness under load and creep rate.
 

2 execution standard

The equipment is made by YB/T 370 “Test method for refractoriness under load of refractory products (non-differential, with rising temperature)”, GB/T5989 “Refractory products— Determination of refractoriness-under- load— differential-with rising temperature”, GB/T5073 “Refractory products—test method for creep in compression”, ISO1893 “Refractory products— Determination of refractoriness-under-load—Differential- with rising temperature”, and ISO3187 “Test method for creep in compression of refractory products”. It can test 3 samples at the same time. The opening furnace body is useful to install sample and transform loading stick. The independent loading instrument has a higher precision. The function of control system is excellent. It’s automatically controlled by industrial PC, includes comfy interface, high precision and ever registers testing result by itself.
