Since 1948 we have been working to produce and commercialize floor tiles and tiles destined for interiors and exteriors. It was the end of the forties when Alberto Marra and Luigi Marra set up the production of tiles made of cement paste and sea-sand in a premise of only 40 sq.mi in Galatina, an active town of the province of Lecce where blooming industries work in a series of productive fields. During the sixties, the second generation, represented by Antonio and Giovanni Marra rode the wave of the housing-boom and launched the firm onto a wide market area, getting an important experience of export in the Arabian countries and winning their customer''s esteem. Today the firm is masterly managed by the third generation, whose effort is to guarantee continuity and to combine the care for details and technological innovations. The factory premises are located in an area of 40.000 sq.mi., where 5.000 are destined for the production. A large exhibition room is available for the visitors who want to examine the wide range of products of the firm. The feather in the firm''s cap is represented by marble grits and cement paste which are used in the production of floor tiles and coatings, whose color and decoration features follow both the most traditional decoration solutions and the newest design trends based on linearity and originality
