May 1967 - Thomas and Joseph Paone, Jr. with the aide of Joseph Paone, Sr. establish Paone Woodworking Corporation at Germantown Ave. and Wister St., Philadelphia 1968 - Disaster strikes as devastating fire destroys building. Willard St., Philadelphia, is purchased and becomes the new home of Paone. 1969 - Paone secures first store fixture contract for prominent Philadelphia convenience store chain. 1976 - Tenth Anniversary 1976 - Paone begins production level manufacturing for international amusement game company requiring purchase of computer controlled wood cutting and boring machinery. SCMI panel saws and overhead router purchased. 1979 - Paone expands with purchase of second building. 1982 - Cabinet and assembly shop created in new building.
