Plymouth Quarries, Inc. was incorporated in 1915 in Hingham, Massachusetts from the combining of a group of companies that had been quarrying commercially on the property since 1811. We still quarry the same Weymouth Seamface and Splitface Granite and continue to serve customers such as Boston College, Yale University and St John’s University that have used our stone for decades. Weymouth Granite is found in a church, college or municipal building in almost every town in New England and very commonly from Washington DC to Chicago. Our stone has been recently used as far away as Colorado and Hawaii. While our beginnings were due to the availability of a beautiful and high quality stone, we have diversified significantly. We now stock over 175 natural stone products from around the country and the world at our 20 acre yard. Our products are used in residential, commercial and landscaping applications. In addition to natural stone, we carry a complete line of masonry products such as brick, cement block, mortar, cement, etc.
