1942 - Business started in Tillicoultry as a partnership. 1949 - Original Company, Glenelg Engineering Ltd incorporated. 1953 - Company moved to Alva - became Stephen Clark & Glenelg Ltd. 1970 - Bought business of Sunray from Harland Engineering Ltd (Weir Pumps) became Stephen Clark (Pressings) Ltd. 1978 - McNab & Elworthy acquired control. 1983 - Bought Forth Tech Services Ltd from Liquidators. 1985 - Company refinanced and became Stephen Clark Fabrications Ltd. 1991 - Acquired RS Services & Research Ltd. 1992 - Started Laboratory Equipment Division in Irvine. 1993 - Launched CO2 Incubators through Laboratory Equipment Division 2001 - Moved from Alva to Alloa with major investment programme....
