Silkar Mining Joint-stock Co., affliated to Silkar Holding Co. was founded in 1990, for natural stone production, trade, and application. Our company dealed with export, internal trade, and application services within its first years and in 1994, our Granite Processing Plant began operation. Since then, with the help of additional investments on the plant, production capacity of the Granite Plant has raised from 35.000 sqm/year to 300.000 sqm/year. Silkar Mining Co. has been the first company of its sector to have ISO 9002 Quality System Certificate and within that same year, it began production of tumbled stones and mosaics. As years passed, because research and development were taken seriously, Silkar Mining Co. has become one of the best mosaic product producers in the world.
