Colour: White with branched grey veins
Petrografic name (according to EN 12407): Marble
Macroscopic description: a breccia composed of clasts ranging from pluricentimetric to pluridecimetric in size, white in colour or less frequently light grey, immersed in a grey groundmass, elongated according to the schistose surface. The larger clasts have faint veins and patches of a light grey colour, while the grey clasts have frequent slender white-coloured veins. The material is fine-grained, compact and has no surface porosity.
