Xiamen International Stone Center Building Capped Celebration and Investment Promotion Party were held in Shuyou Seafood Hotel on Aug. 16th.
According to the project leader’s introduction, Xiamen International Stone Center Building is a Hercynian 5E-grade boutique office building operated by Xiamen International Stone Center Operation Co., Ltd and Xiamen Stone Association. The building is located in Wuyuan Bay Gaoshang residential area, covering an area of about 20000 square meters, with a total construction area of 56000 square meters, and more than 30% of green coverage.
The building will hold 40000 square meters of office zone, and nearly 10000 square meters of showroom zone. The first and second floors are international stone exhibition hall. The third floor and above are LOFT office.
It’s known that Xiamen International Stone Center will bring in comprehensive professional service to make it be a comprehensive industrial operation platform with design center, R&D center, information platform, trading platform, exhibition, and investment and financing platform. The first floor is divided to 3 zones as granite blocks zone, marble blocks zone, and other materials zone. The second floor is divided to stone products zone, maintenance zone, and equipment zone. The third floor is the boutique stone showroom and new products showroom. Besides, the second floor will set up Stone Research Room, Exhibition Hall Service Center and Conference Room. The Stone Research Room would supply service such as QC, certification, consultation, design, and products R&D etc. The top floor will be the Stone Information Center and the large conference room for companies for free.
