Composed of no.2 cast iron columns connected by one heavy beam where the motor for vertical rise/descent of the bridge holding spindles is housed.
The cast iron bridge slides vertically on prismatic guides grooved in the columns, by motor-screw-nut transmission.
On this bridge n. 2 independent slides are located: one holds the orizontal disc spindle; the other holds the vertical discs spindle, supported by a counterslide permitting the step-cuttings programmed by the computer.
The two slides, actioned by motoreducer-screw-nut, travel on prismatic guides equipped of adjusting gibs.
All working movements are equipped with end-strokes in order to avoid any operator mistake.
