Shayan Co. started its work in 1999 as marble and Travertine quarries Owner Company. Nowadays by managing several construction stone mines throughout the country this company is taking the last steps toward occupying the most strategic place in Iran stone and mining industry. The main activity of Shayan Co. is extracting and producing of raw stones from construction and ornamental stone mines. These products naturally have different quality types such as A, B (exportable) and C (mixed before being cut by block cutter). Shayan, besides this main field of activity, is also an importer of stone production related Italy machineries.
Shayan Company at another point of view is a group of mines with related cutting and processing plants that plays an important managing and coordinating role between these geographically scattered spots. These mines are as follows:
