●2007, the first subsidiary--Kunming Tinghui Building Materials Co.,Ltd. was founded, covering the artificial cultured stone market of southwest China.

●The enterprise standard Q/ZBA001-2008 Man-Made Cultured Stone was drafted and issued in 2008.

●In April, 2008, Bo'ao purchased Henan Xincheng New Building Materials Co., Ltd and was engaged in the independent research and development, production and sale of such new-type walling materials as gypsum block, plastering anhydrite and bounding agent and so on.

●In March, 2009, the second subsidiary--- Dalian Bo'ao Building Materials Co., Ltd was founded, covering the artificial cultured stone market of northeast China.

●In August, 2010, the third subsidiary--- Wuhu Bo'ao New Building Materials Co., Ltd was founded, covering the artificial cultured stone market of east China.

●In March, 2011, the fourth subsidiary---Huizhou Bo'ao Building Materials Co., Ltd was founded, covering the man-made cultured stone market of south China.

●In May, 2011,Bo'ao participated in drafting national profession standard of Art Casting Plate for Architectural Decoration.

●In May, 2011, the Group purchased a land of 100 mou in Xingyang Industry Park, laying a solid foundation for the Group to be listed.

●In March, 2012, Bo'ao Group America Inc. was set up and located in New York.
