Edwards Slate & Stone is a third generation family business. George Edwards founded the business in 1922 as stonemasons and was succeeded by George Edwards junior who founded the slate and stone tile industry in Australia. The company tradition is now carried on by Steven Edwards who is proud to uphold the founding traditions of service, honesty and value for money.

 

Our goods are professionally packed to be transported. We deliver to all Melbourne suburbs and surrounding areas.                

 

Our four wheel drive fork lift can place your delivery almost anywhere.  This means increased security (other companies use a crane truck which can only place the goods in limited locations, such as the nature strip).   

 

In addition by placing the goods close to the final destination reduces the requirement to lift heavy goods a long distance.
