Admission Policy
1. Trade only — No one under 18 years old will be admitted at any time during the event. No children or babies are allowed to enter the event at any time.
2. To enter the event, all visitors must present 3 business cards with their name and company name printed on it.
a. Each visitor must present his or her own individual business card with their name on it — cards cannot be shared among visitors from the same company.
b. Anyone not able to provide 3 copies of their own business cards (e.g., companions, spouses, assistants) will not be permitted to enter the event.
c. Visitors may also be asked to present their National / State-issued identity card (IT PAN Card / Driving License / Photo Credit Card / GOVT I Card) in order to qualify for entry into the event.
3. No removal of exhibits before 3pm on the last day of the event. For Security reasons, the organizers will not allow luggage or large bags to be brought into the event. NO RETAIL SALES
4. Fair Management reserves the right to refuse admission at any time during the event.
