Standing out as the export fair of the natural stone industry in Turkey, Natural Stone Fair brings the global players of the industry together for the tenth time in Istanbul with its renewed concept. Rescheduled for June, the busiest time of the year for the natural stone industry in terms of supply and sales, this giant organization opens trade doors at the wonderful location of CNR EXPO.
Natural Stone Fair is not only an ideal platform to display hundreds of different types of natural stones brought from different mines in Turkey, but it also offers the opportunity to see the variety of Turkish natural stones which decorate the most important structures in the world. Thanks to its international network, CNR Holding, coordinates overseas buyer groups, and helps industry players collaborate during the fair.
In line with the road map of the fair and the requirements of the Turkish natural stone industry, the fair committee has identified the targeted international visitor countries as Iran, Iraq, China, India, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, Germany, Bulgaria, Russia, Italy, the United Kingdom, France and Macedonia. 30 thousand local and international visitors are expected to visit Natural Stone 2013. Some of the overseas exhibitor countries are India, China, Afghanistan, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Taiwan, South Korea and Greece.
This gathering will not only serve to identify strategies to increase export but also to increase awareness of how natural stones can be used effectively. The fair, supported with panels and seminars, is without doubt an integral part of the industry’s vision, taking place in the country where one third of the world’s natural stone reserves exist.
