Recently, Shanghai Stone Industry Association and Shanghai Construction Consultants Trade Association (SCCA) jointly held the lecture of stone project management, which abstracted persons in charge from 150 main supervision companies in Shanghai. 

 

The lecture was hosted by the deputy secretary general of SCCA, who introduced the background information and the objective of this lecture. The deputy secretary of Shanghai Stone Industry Association made a lecture on the Current Development Situation of Stone Industry. The vice chairman of Shanghai Stone Industry Association made a lecture on the Problems and Countermeasure of Stone Project Application. The person in charge from Shanghai Municipal Construction Engineering Safety Quality Supervisory Center made a lecture on the Basic Requirements of Stone Project Management.

 

The chairman of Shanghai Stone Industry Association made a summary that stones are more an more used for construction and there are still many safety problems, so the responsibility of people engaged in stone industry is to make use of every stone to achieve better results. 

 

It is know that the Association will cooperate with SCCA to hold lectures focused on the supervision in real operation. According to the Association’s plan, it will cooperate with Shanghai Construction Trade Association, SDDA, Shanghai Exploration & Design Trade Association (SEDTA), construction management offices and architecture leagues of districts and counties, to hold series of lectures on stone projects application. In order to match up the stone knowledge publicity, the Association edited and published Stone Application Standard and Management Practice and 100 Questions of Stone Project Application, and unlimited deliveries to stone counterparts, and construction, design, supervision parts.
