Ottawa Convention Centre is an Operational Enterprise Agency of the Crown in the Province of Ontario, governed by the Ottawa Convention Centre Corporation Act, with a mandate to operate, maintain and manage an international class convention centre facility in the city of Ottawa in a manner that will promote and develop tourism and industry in Ottawa and Ontario. The former Ottawa Congress Centre was one of the most successful convention centres of its type in the country. The new Ottawa Convention Centre is now open on the site of the old Congress Centre, part of a major redevelopment that has almost tripled its hosting capacity– and has greatly enhanced its appeal to national and international convention, meeting and trade show planners. The Centre is governed by a board of directors, managed by an expert team of professionals and operationally driven by inspired colleagues and selected suppliers whose main goal is to create extraordinary events.

A bold, modern design, a bright naturally-lit interior, magnificent views...the all-new Ottawa Convention Centre offers unparalleled, environmentally-responsible setting and support for Ottawa conventions, conferences, meetings and exhibits – large and small. Its 100 ft. / 31 m. high sweeping window façade faces the Rideau Canal UNESCO World Heritage Site and Parliament Hill.
