On Sept. 9th, a startup company, Shencan Stone Company in Qitai Minqi Stone Material Industry Park, was in a hurry to producing. Until that, 6 companies which is including in the 32 startup stone companies in the county have begun production.
Except for Shencan Stone Company, the 6 companies include Juyouyuan Stone Co., Jinweibo Stone Co., and Xinhaishun Stone Co., etc. They are originally from Fujian, Hubei, Zhejiang, Shandong, Jiangsu and Xinjiang, etc. The total construction investment reached 180 million Yuan, and the slabs production capacity reaches 1.8 million sqm, supplying about 700 jobs. These companies immediately signed up millions sqm of slabs with many domestic companies or regions after starting production. Chen Yidong, the general manager of Shencan, said that after finishing the first period project, they will expand blocks quarrying to start the second period project as soon as possible, which makes the project complete soon.
Starting production of the 6 startup companies makes stone companies in Qitai increased to 52, and the production capacity reaches to 15 million sqm.
