Biyang Bureau of Quality Supervision in Henan Province held the foundation-laying ceremony for Henan Natural Stone Products Quality Supervision Inspection Center on Sept. 5th, 2012. The Bureau of Quality Supervision in Madian City office and Biyang County Party Committee leadership attended the ceremony. The participants also included relative departments, directors of the town, and staff of the Bureau of Quality Supervision, more than 500 people in total.

Henan Natural Stone Products Quality Supervision Inspection Center was approved to establish by Henan Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision in 2010. The project is treated as the focus project 2012 in the whole county by Biyang County Party Committee and Biyang County Government. It will be completed in Aug. 2013, covering an area of 10667 sqm, with 9 floors and 5819 sqm of main building, and the budget is 6.68 million Yuan.
The center will supply service of quality inspection and technique R&D for Biyang even Henan stone products. It also will promote to improve stone products value added, to supply powerful technical support for enhancing market competitiveness, to keep healthy and rapid development of Biyang even Henan stone industry.
