Exhibition Complex is situated in the historical center of the city and includes:
Concert and Exhibition Hall (area - 2,500 sq. m)
Central hall of Passenger Terminal (1,900 sq. m) and its balconies (700 sq. m), which are used as exhibition space
Yachting Club (1,500 sq. m)
Maritime Gallery (900 sq. m).
Total exhibition area is 7,500 sq. m and open area - 20,000 sq. m.
The height of exhibition halls is 4-12 meters.
Necessary electrical equipment can be switched and telephone communications can be obtained.
Three conference halls for 180, 150, 100 persons are available for seminars, workshops, etc.
Due to its location The Exhibition Complex is well connected with transport network by all means: railroad, sea, river, road transport.
Five bars and restaurant (for 120 persons) are working at the Exhibition Complex.
Just in the vicinity of the Exhibition Complex there is a modern 5-star Kempinski hotel.
