WINNIPEG, Manitoba – There’s a new name to match some previous business with Fine Line Pacific.

Beginning this month, the Kent, Wash., company takes on the FLOFORM Countertops name, reflecting a 2008 acquisition by Winnipeg-based FLOFORM.

The brand alignment brings together the former companies of R. S. Pacific, Custom Countertops, Fine Line Surfaces, Multi-Tec, Millennium Stone, Kendra Countertops, Archer’s Countertops, Flo Form Industries and others into one concise brand for 11 locations in Washington, Oregon and the Western Canadian provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

“Although our name in the United States is changing,” says Ted Sheritt, FLOFORM’s owner, “we’ll continue to be the leading manufacturer and installer of quality countertops offering the widest range of products, fabrication techniques and installation options available in the marketplace today, along with unparalleled customer service.”

The FLOFORM Countertops brand will consolidate the company’s marketing focus including interactive media, print, showroom, vehicle and
building signage, clothing and other promotional items.

“Today, we are a brand-driven company focused on one global mission,” says Sherritt. “The mission is to consistently provide our customers the best countertop purchasing experience available in our marketplace. This alignment  will, over the long term, allow the company to increase brand recognition and provide the opportunity to emphasize the comprehensive nature of the business, the large geographic footprint it services and the breadth of products offered.”

FLOFORM will continue its affiliation with the Artisan Group, an association of premium countertop fabricators covering most major markets in the United States and Canada. Its members average more than 20 years of fabrication experience in the countertop industry; all of them either hold, or are in the process of attaining, full accreditation with the Marble Institute of America--a first among a group granite fabricators.
