1.1 purpose
The equipment is used for mensurating pyrometric cone equivalent of refractoriness. The measuring range is from 1580℃ to 1800℃.
1.2 execution standard
The equipment is made by “GB/T 7322-97—Test method for pyrometric cone equivalent (refractoriness) of refractories” and “ISO 528-83 Test method for pyrometric cone equivalent (refractoriness) of refractories”. It has quite beautiful figure and steady capability. The furnace body and up-down pole is made of stainless steel, that is durable. It’s full-automatically controlled by PC. It has friendly interface, high precision, operates very handily, may artificially be set rising temperature-time curve, and can automatically register testing data. It can display sample image, refractoriness temperature, and Excel data. It has entire protection function, such as break thermocouple, pass electricity, pass voltage, break heating element, and break water. Still it has many excellency, which is durable, energy conservation, safe, convenient, beautiful. The furnace can be joined with computer, using software by ourselves invented. The image edited software includes many functions, such as image save, image print, interface analyse, and data search.
