The composition for our quartz solid surface is 93% natural quartz, 6% resin and 1% pigments
2,How is it made ?
First, quartz sand, resin and pigment are properly mixed, then pour them out onto one mold.
Second, send the mold into the compressor where the vacuum extraction, vibration and compression will be executed there, 7-8 minutes later, the raw slabs with its mold will be taken out and send to oven to be heated for around 90 minutes at around 90 centigrade degree.
Third, slabs will be sent to conveyor to take off molds and go through following procedures : sanding, polishing, cutting, Quality Inspection, logo printing and Packing..
Finally, these finished quartz slabs will be carried to warehouse.
