Dear Visitor!

To make the best out of your visit to the exhibition, we advice you to start ahead. First of all, set explicit goals at the exhibition and draw a plan. Determine what tasks you have, what you look for, what is more important, etc.

Start with learning more about the exhibition topics and exhibitor profiles. You can find detailed information about the exhibitors as well as the exhibition floor plan on the exhibition’s official website. If you cannot access it, contact the organizers.

Familiarize yourself with events accompanying the exhibition in advance. Choose the events that are of interest to you. Plan you visit so that you have enough time to see both the exposition and accompanying events.

Make business appointments at the exhibition in advance. Choose the companies you are interested in, contact them and coordinate the time and topics of your meeting.

Find out about the venue access beforehand. Choose the most convenient route.

Venue Access

Familiarize yourself with Moldexpo’s Fairgrounds layout in advance to learn where the parking lot is, where to make copies, send a fax, access the Internet, hire an interpreter, have your materials printed etc. You will feel confident and will not lose any time.

Register in advance. Very often the organizers encourage visitors to register via the exhibitions’ official website and mail a complimentary ticket, a visitor badge and additional information about the event. The advance registration will save your time as you will not have to stand in line to register before visiting the exhibition.

On-line Registration

Have you colleagues join you at the exhibition. Draw an individual plan and route for each of your colleagues. This way you can increase the number of business contacts and visit more events.

Use exhibition catalogues and guides. As a rule, the exhibition catalogue provides with an alphabetical list of exhibitors, the information on their activity and contact details. Guides at the informational desks give you a floor plan and a program of accompanying events. You can buy a catalogue at Moldexpo’s informational desks just at the pavilion’s entrance.

Please contact the event organizers if you have any questions. They will help you to find companies you are looking for, or direct you to the stand you need or an event location.

Approach the exhibition as a place to meet not only exhibitors but also your clients, partners and colleagues.

More advice:
Not to miss the exhibition, put it in your calendar.
If you visit an exhibition in another town, reserve your hotel and travel tickets in advance.
Take a lot of your business cards.
After your visit to the exhibition pay particular attention to the information processing and analysis as well as keeping in touch with new contacts.
