Standard stands

Dear exhibitors!

ITE Siberian Fair provides the exhibitors with the following types of stands:

Equipped space (2-8 sq.m.)
Includes: space, side and back walls, carpeting, official catalogue entry, fascia board name, 1 table, 2 chairs, wastepaper bin, coat hanger, fluorescent lamp, general security service, general cleaning service.
Equipped space (up to 9 sq.m.):
Includes: space, side and back walls, carpeting, official catalogue entry, fascia board name, 1 table, 4 chairs, wastepaper bin, coat hanger, fluorescent lamps, general security service, general cleaning service. 
Unequipped space:
Includes: space without carpeting, general security service, general aisle cleaning service.

Custom build stands

Dear exhibitors,
ITE Siberian Fair also offers you custom built stands.            
Unlike many Moscow and regional exhibition organizers, ITE Siberian Fair has its own technical staff who build stands in accordance with exhibitors’ requirements.  Our custom build stands include the latest developments and are of the highest quality.

We work on a whole range of technical issues:
original stand design
3D-visualisation
preparation of budget and technical documentation
necessary structural components, décor, and furniture matching
stand construction
technical and design supervision

We offer optional services:
electricity and water connections
compressed air installation
telephone/fax, and internet connection
audiovisual equipment rental

Stand design procedure:
* Fill in a technical task and e-mail to: stend@sibfair.ru.
* ITE Siberian Fair team will take into account all the requirements and will be on hand to discuss any comments or queries, thus developing and offering a final design for approval.
If you already have a stand design, you may e-mail it to us.
* Estimated cost approval and labour agreement conclusion will be the next stage of our partnership.
*As a result, an exclusive stand will attract buyers to your stand and will undoubtedly guarantee effective work at the exhibition!
